Production Time, Packaging and Delivery
The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.
Our in-stock items usually dispatch within 1-3 working days, made to order and custom items may take 7-14 working days.
Our loose gemstones ship double-wrapped in tissue paper and are snuggly packed into a cardboard pillow-box, ensuring safe transport and recyclability.
To help the environment as best as we can, all of our jewellery pieces are carefully wrapped in 100% recyclable material.
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail and if you are in the UK your parcel should be with you 1-3 working days after dispatch.
International shipments will depend on your location but all items should be delivered within 28 days of dispatch, but typically take 10-14 working days.

Returns and Refunds
We will happily accept returns should you not be entirely satisfied with your items. We would ask you to contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Your item will have to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We will issue a refund as soon as we have inspected your returned piece.
Unless your return is due to a defect, return postage is to be covered by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
We generally cannot accept returns of personalised pieces and most bespoke items, but please get in touch and we will try to help.

We would like to keep this simple - How are we using your details?
We will only ask you to complete essential information such as name, address and other contact details for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. This information will be kept on our records for dispatch and invoicing and will not be processed further.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your information to any third parties.
